ProsThere are a lot of good professional development opportunities that Sprind ISD offers. All of the staff that I worked with were very friendly and supportive.

ConsPeople are two faced. They are nice to your face, but turn around and talk about you behind your back. The administration tells you one thing, but doesn't follow through. They are not loyal to their current employees.

ProsFor me, one of the best reasons to work for Spring ISD is the proximity to my home. There are adequate resources available for students.

ConsAdministration employees need to be more organized and efficient in handling employee matters. Decisions should be made according to quality of work not on who is liked or unliked.

Advice to Senior ManagementAdministration-be more organized and professional. Principals should stop having a clique-mentality.
