    Pros

    Always something to do or learn! Always meeting new people. Learned a lot in the first few months. Always someone to help you out if you don't know the answer.

    Cons

    Cold calling. Rejection. Hours can be long if you want to make money. Have to put a lot of effort to get a good understanding in a short period of time.

    no discount on state farm insurance.
    salary is a bit low compared to competing companies.

    Pros

    Has been an industry leader for decades. Good people, good pay.

    Cons

    Some disconnect between Corporate initiatives and reality as far as customer service levels and employee engagement. Have also let a lot of experienced talent walk out the door in the rush to centralize operations in big hub cities.
