    Pros

All depends on project , But over all Sutherland is a pro legit company they are based In New york and they have many at home full time jobs .. Decent pay , Full benefits .

    Cons

I was with Xbox-live Microsoft Division , They supplied the pcs for the job and one monitor ..I thought that be cool , But it wasn't.. the systems we always had issues with because when i was with them it was a new project so Issues were gonna happen . The management team never reached out to us I didn't know who my actual manager was . the team leads was awesome .The training was 4 weeks But my trainer kept saying this job and the tools used was so easyyyyyy. they weren't , actually it was mind blowing and the worse systems I ever used for wah jobs .

    Advice to Management

Managers you are not Bill gates , reach out to you're employees now and then , and get off you're high horse .
