    Pros

    1. Good location
    2. Good place to learn if you are under proper managers.
    3. Onsite opportunity is nice.

    Cons

    1. Bad management in senior level
    2. Long bench period
    3. Poor talent management
    4. Poor internal hike
    5. Work life balance is poor.

    Needs a change in senior management. Increase in revenue is good for the organization but organization need to think regarding employees also.

    Lots of learning
    Role flexibility
    Good growth in niche technology practices
    Good place for ambitious, aspirational people

    Cons

    Low performers play dirty politics to sabotage efforts of high performing individuals
    Rampant regionalism, favoritism
    Retention policy only exists for extremely motivated and high performing people
    Little synergy, lots of squabbling between teams and practices
    Low benefits, incentives, quantum of variable pay always on lower side
    People driven and not process driven

    Processes exist but only to pay lip service
    Scope of retention policy needs to be extended beyond the currently (very few) high performing individuals, keep company profile in mind - service oriented companies need to retain moderate performers as well (in a non-recessive market)
    HR needs to be a lot more receptive
    Provide better benefits, incentives; increase quantum of variable pay

    Management should look into providing better Health benefits in US for its deputed and INC employees. Most of the benefits are useless when really required.
