I worked at Templeton & Company full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Nice views of the city
Cons – They have no formal training of how they want things done. Management would figure it out as they went along and would fault you because you didn't know what they were doing
Advice to Senior Management – Organized workflow helps
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

I have been working at Templeton & Company
Pros – Great place to work
Good corporate culture
Balanced pay and benefit plans
Ability to grow and move up within the firm
Cons – Company is family owned and bias is shown to individuals within the family.
Lack of focus amongst department managers in working together to reach a common goal.
Advice to Senior Management – I believe they have the right goals and understanding of public accounting that if they took time to align the goals of the firm and made them acceptable to all managers the firm would have no limits.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
