Pros – Wonderful people who show a passion. Dynamic organization that promotes from within where it makes sense. Great external development plan.

Cons – Checks and balances were weak. Subsidiaries not aligned to parent strategy. Salaries were below market averages.

Advice to Senior Management – Leverage your core assets and look for partnerships to get you to the next level.

Pros – Joined at a time when the company is going through a major transformation. I am helping them to undergo and come to terms with that change.

Cons – The office envirionment in Peterborough is a series of old warehouses. Fine inside but they don't look good from the outside

Cons – The business does not always make the best decisions. The programs they use are horrible. Business structure is a bit odd.

Pros – Great initial training, both for sales as well as for destinations. Pleasant working environment, average salaries, not based on experience

Cons – Ideal for people coming out of school, or with an HND. Unsuitable for people over 30.
