Current Employee – been working at Thompson's Concrete and Foundation for more than 7 years
Pros – Business is really booming in the Houston Market currently. Someone should be able to stay busy as long as the economy keeps going up.
Cons – If the economy does not continue to go up, work will slow down. Being this is the Houston Market, it should stay level due to the fact the economy is strong because of the oil and gas companies.
Advice to Senior Management – Give progress reports to employees
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
