    Having to some of the best leadership and providing the ability to excel it was just up to you to attack it.

    Politics are everywhere. Just adapt and overcome. Remain neutral and you will be just fine.

    Don't always just react. Take each issue and what I do is take a Sales apprach like a Ben Franklin weightted close. Pros, Cons. Which one is best. Go with it.

    Great co-workers, a positive work environment, career growth, relocation, continuing education, fantastic hours with flexible schedule, accommodating for family life, on the job training.

    Cons

    High rate of turn-over and continuous training. Which is a pro and con, it gets in the way of doing your job sometimes. Lack of consistency among employees while completing every day tasks.

    Great pay and health benefits

    Cons

    Vacation time is limited. Earn only 4 hrs of vacation every two weeks or one day a month. And you can't use vacation time until you earn it. example you start employment in January you cant take one whole week of vacation until June.
    Lots of paper work for time off and general day to day job details.
