    - Very flexible
    - Nice to speak to young students, encourage them to consider university as an option
    - Good pay for a student job
    - Easy to do and lots of fun perks

    Cons

    - Can be a little boring with not much to do
    - They try to give everyone a chance to work so you can be limited in how much you can earn per term.

    - good brand (UCL)
    - wide range of experts which allow cross-sectional collaboration

    Cons

    - not enough space
    - expensive to live near the campus
    - overcrowded! (thanks to continuous merger and over recruitment of students)

    Poor management and very little information flow down to the coal face. Very little internal movement or career development.

    -Well known and it's name and fame speaks for its own. Well recognised and well connected for external collaborations.
    -great location of course, great links for transport.

    Cons

    The national scholarship is not enough to live in London (even with "London allowance", just not enough).

    Pros

    Has a good central location, Nice campus and library. Library often open 24 hr. Many training courses available to take for staff. Large common room available exclusively for staff.

    Cons

    Overcrowded offices and poor decoration and facilities. Not many benefits or incentive. Noise pollution from events and building work.
