    Student Jobs are structured to work well with Students' schedules.
    Very flexible
    Full time employees and managers who are seeking student assistants are usually cool and down to earth.

    Pay can be low for some positions but I was really satisfied with what I was making.

    The Professors and assistants are phenomenal in their breadth and depth of practical knowledge and in their willingness to help students understand the material.

    Parking is a definite nightmare, and costly when you find a spot. Sad.

    Wonderful colleagues that are collaborative, supportive, and easy to communicate with.
    great medical benefits for physician medical school faculty and family

    pay below average for public medical schools, I have not received a raise in six years, even after promotion.
    diminishing support from state for university creating stressful work environment with diminishing support for administrative staff and maintenance of facilities.
    professors asked to do more and more without change in compensation.
