Development and relationship: special devices are a GREAT market opportunity!

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

I have been working at Vivo (Brazil)

ProsGood place to work: nice work environment, interesting challenges, good benefits, salary not so bad, but carrier planning not so clear....

ConsAs any workplace, there are some problems: workflow approval is slow, everybody avoids taking risk on decision, and there are some decisions that are not so clear....

Advice to Senior ManagementIt is regarding management style: why is not possible to share the information with the Team? Why is necessary to "hide" the decision reason? Sometimes is really difficult to understand some decisions because there´s no official information about that.....
