    Pros

Some very good people working for them, you create some good friendships

    Cons

Other than friendships this company is all over the place, can't quite get it right with how they handle freight, associates etc....

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen, follow-up. If you want it done right maybe show everyone how to do it not just expect them to do it without proper training. There is a lot of double standards going on, Management expects the rules to be followed but they are not following them.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management can be very challenging. They only care about getting stuff done regardless of the obstacles in the way. They are very biased to certain workers. They like to dump endless amounts of work on employees while they sit in their office all day and talk amongst themselves.

Former Employee - Cashier in Uxbridge, ON (Canada)

    Pros

Good managers make all the difference. If they like you, then it will be easier to get time off that you requested and help you out when you need a shift covered. If you are hardworking and show initiative, you will get to move up in positions.

    Cons

Minimum wage pay, sometimes have too many cashiers working and sometimes not enough. Some people that you work with don't care at all about putting an effort into their work which can be frustrating.
