Decent working environment. My colleagues were generally happy and helpful.

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsI never worked for a company that gave stock and bonuses to the general working stiffs. That was something that really made the employees feel like the company valued them. Also the Medical Benefits were the absolutely affordable at 50 dollars a month for an entire family! 401K Matching!

ConsNo longer a company. Actavis acquired Warner Chilcott and terminated almost every Warner Chilcott employee.

ProsPays well if you hit the numbers and can consistently produce quarter after quarter.

ConsNot the place for someone new to the industry but if you can get up to speed fast and stay productive quarter after quarter you are good to go.

ProsGreat income. Opportunities for advancement. Made life-long friends!

    Rewarded for your Performance

Sales Representative (Former Employee) Dallas, TX (US)

    ProsBonus Structure
    Sales and Company Administrative Support
    Management Team

ConsUnfortunately, the Board of Directors allowed for in-ept family members to rise to the executive level.

Advice to Senior ManagementSales Performance is a critical success factor but should not be the only one heavily considered to be promoted to District Manager. There should be more of a qualifying process followed by a grooming process. I had 3 managers that were not qualified to be leading others. With each of these 3 managers, district members came to me for advice and direction.
