I have been working at Warner Music as an intern (more than a year)

    Pros

Great learning opportunity. Hands on experience with a major label. I really liked my boss and everyone I met, I had a lot of responsibility and felt like I really made a difference.

    Cons

No money. That's a big one. Sometimes people play really loud music, but I can get over that. Overall it was mostly positive.

I have been working at Warner Music

    Pros

Exposure to interesting people and projects, mid-sized company, but small enough to make a difference, fun work environment (jeans and sneakers common-place).

    Cons

Tough industry to be in with digital music making revenue generating challenging to predict, bonus's generally more conservative than other larger companies

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Seek more advice from lower-level staff as they generally would have a very interesting perspective on current operations and areas for improvement.
