    Pros

great 401k plan, very flexible with time and able to work anywhere in the US. great learning experience about banking, depending on the branch.

    Cons

constant turnover, constant push for sales everyday. micromanagment is constant everywhere. you have to think in terms of opportunites for the bank versus opportunities for the customer.

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Wells Fargo provides all the resources you would need to be successful at this job. All you need is the drive to succeed and they will get you there.

    Cons

The sales goals are high and sometimes may seem daunting but they can be achieved.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Break down goals into small bit size pieces so that they don't seem so large and hard to get to.

I worked at Wells Fargo as an intern for less than a year

    Pros

    awesome workplace environment
cliche but the people actually are awesome
    decent pay for work responsibilities

    Cons

sometimes could get a little slow, the main reason for this which an intern must understand is that your direct managers cant necessarily invest a massive amount of time training you up for a position when you will be gone in just a few months

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

none, wells fargo internship program was absolutely awesome, if you get the opportunity, absolutely take it
