ProsCoworkers are smart and highly talented. They are willing to share information and always willing to help. It's an exciting environment to work in.

ConsManagement transfers responsibilities to direct reports. Training opportunities are limited. Growth opportunities are limited. The work environment is highly competitive and people work around the clock.

Advice to Senior ManagementLeaders require people management skill and should focus on motivating their direct reports. Leaders should be held more accountable for their teams overall performance.
