    Pros

    Work from home.
Lots of Travel (Canada, US and Mexico)
Ability to learn exciting new Technical skills

    Cons

Work relies heavily on personal relationships and less on technical skills
Lots of Travel (for some is a Con)

    Advice to Management

Deployment based on skill level and not personal relationships with PM's
Bonus based on more than number of hours billable. Same individuals always get bonuses because of 20+hours a day working
Targeted communications. Email spam is a monster from internal sources. Hard to tell which are important and which are not directly related.

    Pros

Coworkers are smart and highly talented. They are willing to share information and always willing to help. It's an exciting environment to work in.

    Cons

Management transfers responsibilities to direct reports. Training opportunities are limited. Growth opportunities are limited. The work environment is highly competitive and people work around the clock.

    Advice to Management

Leaders require people management skill and should focus on motivating their direct reports. Leaders should be held more accountable for their teams overall performance.
