    Pros

No pros that are even viable. I am at a loss for words.

    Cons

The owners don't have a clue what is happening at the core level of the company. Employees are overworked. Tensions are so high, you are scared to say a word to HR for fear of being fired. The company's divisions will crumble without the leadership it once had. There is no fun freedom or fulfillment.

    Advice to Management

    Care about someone besides yourself.

    Pros

Robust benefit & training program across company levels.

    Cons

Benefits package was confusing (as they tend to be), but HR did a great hands-on job of clarifying or getting the needed answers.

    Advice to Management

Continue placing the focus on the great talent you've been hiring for the team!

    Pros

    • Pleasantly casual.
    • They go out of their way to hire great ground troops/full-timers that are friendly, and fun to work with.

    Cons

    • Executive and Management politics are manic at best, detrimental to their own progression at worst
    • A lot of folks don't know their role or come from a completely different field to manage a team or project
    • An inability to commit to work outlooks and deadlines creates a frenzied release cycle - a very reactionary environment that waterfalls down to the teams

    Advice to Management

Stick to the plan. Any plan. Sign off on it, and don't change it; just push the release date out. No one cares if it's a little late, but a great product/presentation.

  8. Helpful (2)

Note: MLM Sales Reps are leaving the positive reviews, and VERY FEW Corporate employees. Hmmm.

    Pros

Great work-life balance for the reps, and decent comp and incentives if you are willing to put in the effort.
    Fun, freedom and fulfillment!

Inside Corporate: laid-back culture, nice office space, the events are interesting.

    Cons

Be advised that Corporate has many systemic growing pains. It is a very uncomfortable and insecure environment for current (2014) employees.
There is a lot of hype in the MLM business, and WorldVentures is not immune.

    Advice to Management

    FOCUS.

    Pros

When I worked for the WV corporate office, I had a lot of fun with my co-workers, and they promoted a fun and relaxed culture.

    Cons

The biggest negative at WV when I was there was a lack of communication from the top - down in terms of new ideas, announcements, and changes to business rules.

    Advice to Management

Stop making changes without putting the proper groundwork in place first.

    Pros

The Company is very Team driven, income is based not only on what you do but also on what your team do, TEAMWORK MAKE THE DREAMWORK and helps with personal development, it forces you to explore the world and create peak life experiances, They provide training every other month, and the trainings dont be boring sit downs of people talking, there music, dancing, excitment, refreshments, and you get to meet the most amazing people in the world from all over the world, which is crazy to say but TRUE!!!,

    Cons

Its straight commision, and its alot of dedication and hard work,(if you are expecting easy) but understand the business and it will be worth it,

    Advice to Management

    More trainings!!

  11. It's a fast-paced, motivational inspired style of growing travel membership.

    Pros

Success or failure of each Independent Representative depends on one's own skill, dedication, personal effort, and leadership qualities.

    Cons

Your regional Director, can motivate to "make you" or do nothing to motivate, and "break you". Lots of investments are made, personal and monetary.

    Advice to Management

Try giving to the Reps paying to join in on the Momentum Seminars, something "free" besides words of hype! Like free bottled water or some cookies over the 5 hours of being there!! We pay for everything as it is!
