Current Employee – been working at WorldVentures full-time for more than a year
Pros – Unlimited opportunities, incredible training and some of the most positive people I have ever met. Not to mention travel prices that are almost beyond belief.
Cons – As with any big company that is growing rapidly there are occasional glitches, usually around the websites. They also try things never before tried in corporate America and sometimes they don't work very well. But I'd rather have a company that tries something new, even if it fails, because when it works it's great!
Advice to Senior Management – Try to integrate air booking with the Dreamtrips in an easier way.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

Pros – Great network of motivated entrepreneurs who believe that if you win, they win. Amazing training program. Built-in travel network. Perks include vacationing at 4 and 5-star resorts all over the world with your friends, a dream car and dream house monthly allowance, entertainment and other discounts, and financial freedom if you're willing to work the system and be consistent.
Cons – As with any network marketing company, retention has got to be the biggest challenge.

Pros – I CAN BE A MILLIONER!!! I HAVE FREE TIME. I MAKE MY LIFE MORE ITERESTING AND HAPPY BY TRAVELING!
Cons – let me be the first to say that success or failure in any form of business is totally up to the participant. Your decision to participate should not be based on anybody else’s experiences but I have not seen anybody else put themselves “under the glass,” so to speak.
Advice to Senior Management – MAKE A LIVING....LIVING!

Current Employee – been working at WorldVentures part-time
Pros – Excellent energy from everyone, and cool benefits like owning a BMW paid for by the company
Cons – They make everything sound great like your actually saving money but these prices don't include air fare which is the number one thing I look at first when I want to travel.
Advice to Senior Management – include airfare from your headquarters location's nearest airport
