I have been working at Xerox full-time

    Pros

Terrific coworkers who really care about doing a good job.

    Cons

Lack of raises, diminishing benefits and stunted growth opportunities are pushing more and more people to leave this once great company. With outsourcing the name of the game, the company doesn't care...they replace you with someone cheaper from elsewhere. Unfortunately, I don't think the infrastructure and training is sufficient for this globally fractured workforce being created.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If this cheaper elsewhere mentality continues, they really need to invest and pay more attention to processes and infrastructure to support a globally fractured workforce.

I have been working at Xerox full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Pro virtual/home office work environment. New leadership team - going through some organizational changes that

    Cons

Employees are really just a number at this point. Going through organizational changes that are challenging. This is a pro and a con. Also there is a lot of bureaucracy.

I have been working at Xerox full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great people. Period. The people and relationships I have built here will last a long time. Great first call center experience. Training is amazing and makes the job sound more fun then it really is. Unlimited OT and the opportunity to bonus each month if you are an agent. Full time hours.

    Cons

Management needs a lot of work, and that is saying a lot considering I am a part of management. Training could be a lot more structured as the material varies from trainer to trainer and the higher ups don't seem to care. Sometimes it is hard to be on the same page as everyone because everyone is constantly saying different things. The equipment is always broken.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

More compensation, get to know your agents instead of firing all the people who simply don't meet your metrics.
