Do referrals help at your company? Would like some insight so maybe I can start applying to other insurance companies. At NYL, referring someone to a different department doesn't help unless you are some C-suite level employee referring someone 🤷🏻‍♀️

Wow it took me nearly two years to realize I have been drinking the cool aid. NYL is a great company but it is time to move on to real financial planning.

Can anyone at New York Life share what the bonus is like as a Vice President and as a Corporate Vice President? I understand it’s typically a % of base, which of course varies in actuality. I heard it’s often more than 100% of the target and there’s LTI as well? How does that work for a mutual company?
