Science teach’s Salary in Florida, master degree, other career experience, but first year teacher. Any clues?

Would you take a job that pays you 25k more a year if you had to do an hour long commute both ways? Or the school that you can walk to for 25k less? And no, relocation is not an option. (For those who need more details, one salary is about $65k and the other is about $90k as a 5th year teacher.)
