With over a decade of investment in research and development, Acronis software is sold in more than 90 countries and available in up to 14 languages.

 Due to rapid growth, we are currently looking for a Global Marketing Manager for the SMB sector to join the Global Marketing Segments team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with SMB marketing and communication experience who wants to develop their skills and apply their expertise on a global level.

 This role will be responsible for shaping Acronis’ branding, positioning and marketing strategy in the SMB sector utilising the full marketing mix to achieve the business objective and growth target. Key responsibilities include

- Develop and implement sector specified marketing strategy for Acronis worldwide
- Develop SMB marketing plans that align with regional requirements and work with RMMs to ensure flawless execution in the regional/local markets
- Create a story library for the SMB sector, manage and maintain the messaging and positioning
- Manage market, customer and competitive intelligence
- Engage with specialist marketing teams to ensure the marketing activity and assets are best practice solutions for the segments marketing objectives
- Identify innovative and industry leading activity solutions in line with the strategy objectives
- Manage effective and efficient relationships with the key stakeholders
 To be successful in your application you will be an experienced marketer with strategic and creative ability, a pragmatic, hands-on approach and a strong commercial sense. Experience and qualifications required include:

- 8 years+ demonstrated track record in a similar segment marketing role within the IT&T industry
- Subject matter expert in the SMB segment, command of the SMB market trends, buying behaviors, and successful marketing techniques
- Depth and breadth of knowledge and experience in marketing principles across the whole marketing mix
- Exceptional messaging/content development, planning, organization and project management skills
- Strong relationship management skills with a proven ability to build partnerships with key stakeholders
- Well developed analytical, process and problem solving skills
- Multi-tasking, ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing
- Previous regional experience is a must, global experience preferred
- Fluent in English communications verbally and in writing, multi-language skill is a plus
