‘Standard UAE mandated leave was given’
‘The amount of paper work requires an additional sick leave ’
‘Bare minimum as per law’
Great flexible workplace. Working from home kit for all employees
Slightly above average on comparison to others in the industry
Good benefits. Employee assistance program, health care discount and good compensation package.
Flexible work hours. No bonus, annual review less than expectation
Flexi time - Althought utilising this is often looked down upon.
- paternity leave very good - Flexi working options are great - no proviate health - no OT
Cash back scheme and instant discounted gift cards for employees using a dedicated Aecom shopping website.
Unfortunately Private Health Care is not made available as part of your salary package like it was with CH2M. Possibly due to Australian legislation however they need to go above and beyond.
Good vacation time provided as well as an ample amount of paid sick days offered. Further, through their discount program many employee discounts and vouchers were provided.
A few benefits. Not many huge discounts for Health Insurance or Gym Membership. Generous Parental Leave benefits. However, it only benefits a certain demographic. It is unfair for those with no children. How about introducing benefits for everyone in general, which is not baised to those with children? Eg. Birthday Leave, or an additional annual leave day pro-rated to years of service?
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
