10% OFF discount Card (20% on Colleague special event days), We can get Discounts on lots of other things, From all types of Insurances, Asda Mobile sims & phones, Cinema Tickets, Gym Memberships, Holidays (home or abroad), and many many more. Overall a good discounts package. We get 225 hrs Holiday per year (25 days on a 9 hr per day / 45 hr week contact), Double Time Plus accrued Lieu for working bank holidays. You get full basic pay for sickness (6 months), Bereavement time off with pay (for close family), Generally, if your reason for time off is genuine then they are very fair, if you start "taking the mick" then you are very quickly on the disciplinary train.
