“It is an "Unlimited" PTO system which is kind of a trap. If you have a bad manager that could be anything but Unlimited. But you do get...”
Relocation bonus was great, and health benefits and events were awesome. Good reduced dining prices.
Terrific full suite of benefits
4 week sabbatical after 5 years. Then 5 weeks every 5 after that. On site cafe is convenient. On site gym is awesome. ESPP plan is great, 15 percent off for a 2 year lock. Great work-life balance. Work from home is very flexible depending on the team you are on. Health insurance is above average. 401k match is so so. But overall it's a great place to be.
Pay is awesome if you fight for what you want, some entry level positions pay horrible -WFH- some teams allow you to work from home, our team didn't allow it. -Benefits - are awesome -VACATION - unlimited - all driven by your hiring manager, if your hiring manager says 2 weeks than that's all you get -GYM/Wellness - great classes, onsite massage available, tons of classes, great gym location -Some teams are awesome, it really depends on what team you land on. -They give you stock when you get hired that you can cash out over a few years.
Makes it hard to want to move!
Pretty good work/life balance, great company culture, sometimes flexible about working remotely, great cafeteria (slightly subsidized). Specifically for Medical Insurance, over the 10+ years I worked at Adobe, I watched their benefits diminish slightly, year over year (with respect to the ratio between how much that Adobe paid and how much you paid), which was disappointing. They also made changes to how much vacation time you were given per year. The amount of vacation time you received was solely decided by your manager—not based on years spent at the company, or any other baseline like that—so it was basically different for every employee.
Amazing options for healthcare, 401k, stock options, and employee discount. Great mat/pat leave. Flexible time off based on manager. Two week long company shutdowns each year in US.
Best - There are a lot of different benefits that will fit everyone's needs Worst - High deducible for health insurance
This is the best benefits package you will ever receive. They truly care about the people!
Very Generous leave, ESPP is great, Excellent Health Insurance. I haven't run accross any better.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
