Absolutely fantastic health insurance, every receptionist just wow when they see the returns. Great team, fantastic perks, freebies and working culture!
Don’t get much other than salary
extraordinary benefits peaceful innovative and creative
Have transport and other kinds of monthly cost which covered by reimbursement. Also has health insurance covered
Health care isn't a well known program in Australia and therefore not accepted everywhere.
Some benefits like bereavement are there but good luck claiming it. Also good luck using your vacation time. ESOP is also a joke, you must get over the 2 year hump to start beating which will not happen as the average tenure dictates (6 months). Health benefit is okay although you will never claim it also. The only benefit is claiming expenses, like taking your team out for a meal etc or buying them treats if you can get away with it, phone ($150), laptop (monitored heavily), ‘Amazon’ branded clothing if you’re into that, paid travel and accomodation was decent but scrutinised and feel sorry for the hotels when they send an invoice and get low balled heavily.
Generous benefits like subsidised health insurance and commuter benefit.
Great company best place ever
