Company perks are not the most extravagant, but focused on health + longevity. When in office, you get healthy meals and snacks; health insurance is quite good. PTO is "take when you want" which can have drawbacks, but there's an explicit target and managers recommend you take more if you are below average. Sabbaticals every 4 years.
