‘They hire a very young workforce so they don't have to pay out their leave. ’
‘You can take as many days off as your friends in management allow. ’
‘Not different from other tech companies. Too much kaiser.’
Great benefits and continuously evolving
Very good working culture in the company
very good working culture in the company
Unlimited paid time off that is actually encouraged by managers. Free lunch and dinner cooked in house, pastries baked and hand made in house and cafe.
Modern Health is not a great provider, they also offer only 8 sessions. The benefits are useless when great culture is lacking.
Really comprehensive all around, but still not as competitive as we'd like
Great benefits and lots of support!
It was good and motivated.
What is the best or worst thing about the benefits package at Asana
Company perks are not the most extravagant, but focused on health + longevity. When in office, you get healthy meals and snacks; health insurance is quite good. PTO is "take when you want" which can have drawbacks, but there's an explicit target and managers recommend you take more if you are below average. Sabbaticals every 4 years.
