There is a very broad range of benefits, some of which are not included as options in this survey.
Free food, smart people, competitive stock grants.
The best is the stock program, I came out with a lot of money from Atlassian. Though I was there for five years so I was very lucky to be pre IPO. And Atlassian stock has done very well in the last couple of years. There was nothing bad about the perks that I can think of.
Stocked kitchen for breakfast and lunch, paid volunteer leave (5 days/yr), bicycle servicing (2/yr)
Lack of Health Care & Insurance and Childcare, otherwise everything is top notch.
Competitive pay, Restricted stock units, guaranteed bonus, free snacks, unlimited food, drinks, gym, great work culture, highly motivated teams, and many more
All the official benefits are great but unofficially managers are just really good about doing the right thing by people, whatever that means in a given situation.
i think overall its fantastic and we are lucky
Kitchen filled with great food and drinks. A lot of board games and interesting events.
