‘You will get time off whenever you need it to take care of yourself and your loved ones. Additionally, the company gives one day free off in months depending on the global situations like Corona or employee stress.. Also if. you complete 5 years with Atlassian, they sponsor an international trip for 3 days. ’
‘I haven't utilised this yet. ’
The salary is based on the current market for the job title in the location and promotions (-> salary) are based on the individual performance, which motivates people to do their best. In addition to attractive salary packages, benefits include really-generous paid leave, employee appreciation gifts, donation matching and equity.
Great perks - free food every day, great company-wide social events, bonuses and stock options. Super friendly with remote work.
Great company that really looks after its employees. Pre-Corona benefits included free lunch every day, occasional massage/hair dresser/health appointments. Innovation is encouraged with quarterly Ship It. Multiple get togethers yearly. Employee share scheme, bonuses. Latest Apple hardware.
There's a number of benefits that Atlassian provides. Obviously the in-office ones are now limited but new ones remote-friendly have gradually been introduced, like home office allowance, mental health support or remote parties.
Atlassian provides some great benefits.
Leave entitlements beyond PTO are progressive and a great benefit to have. Free food and flexibility +++
+ partner parental leave + foundation leave to do charity work + life, income protection insurance + self development and training allowance - no private health insurance - no discounted stock purchase program
The company is very engaged with their employees mental health and offer various programs to support us as good as possible
The stock you're offered is both the best and the worst thing. It's valuable and appreciated, but it vests over 4 years so really ties you to the company, and can be pretty confusing during tax time or to sell. I'd rather just have more salary. The employee assistance program is also useless. The company touts it as something for if you're struggling or burning out but it's just unqualified 'career coaches'
Love being able to work remotely 100% (wll 99.9% if counting ocassianal team lunches / outings outdoors); At the same time there is an option to work from the office if really needed. Which is great!
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
