Best thing is 15% super, on top of favourable salary. Discounted staff club items. Parental leave etc.

Gym membership was removed,last pay rise was years ago,redundancy package is still in place at this stage ,but probably will be getting removed ,unable to take cars home.
Ausgrid (when formerly EnergyAustralia) did use to have some great benefits. Unfortunately, with the changes imposed onto the organisation by the State Government and Regulators, the organisation has pretty much ditched all benefits!

Best thing was the variety of outlets where one can purchase goods and services from. The worst thing is the seemingly limited choices of those goods within each outlet.
