Salary sacrificing - saving money
Salary packaging because it’s a benevolent society. Good pay for not having to work night shifts.
Salary sacrifice rates are good
Tax benefits are awesome. Salary packaging is the main feature in their benefits . Discounted insurance and flexible timing is also a key faeture.
Very work life orientated and does do a lot of work into the mental health side of working.
They offered both salary packaging and an additional days leave each month. Work 40 hours a week for a 37.5 hour contract to get the day off.
Salary packing capped at $15, 900 is nice with Maxxia. However, time off is hard to schedule with the lack of staff.
Provides great salary packaging benefits
The benefits for ARCBS are pretty much on par for the industry - they pay fairly but that's about it (I'm speaking from a contract point of view). Not sure about permanent, but from what I heard I think they underpay a bit - depending on people's "good will"
Discount with Bupa, but still very expensive. Company should be contributing more than 9% to your superannuation but they don’t. Reduced salary packaging benefit.
