Good benefit package is the only perk
Good benefits policies including parental leave. Bonus amount is good and salary is competitive. Only downside is salary increases are very minor unless getting promoted.

There were very limited company perks. Overall the company was nice to work and they tried to reward us as lower level staff when they could which meals etc.
