Although this company is currently undergoing a turnaround, the culture in the team I am working with is amazing. I have never worked in a team that is always happy to give and receive constructive feedback.

The perks are terrible. You are given a card for 5% off when you spend over $5 which is absolutely dismal. Sometimes they have staff sales and you get 10% off but 10 should be the minimum considering how hard people work.

There is no benefits package for non-management. You get your pay, you get your mandatory super, and your mandatory leave. That's it.

Never told about any sort of benefits other than 5% staff discount, super and the union.

No perks nothing offered except a 5% discount. Employees are not allowed to buy items that are discounted for quick sale

Discount count at the Woolworths stores is always helpful especially 4c of a litre of petrol!

5% discount and 4c ltr off fuel ex LPG sometimes staff discounts of 10% on certain months when sales are low 4 weeks holidays PA Sundays pay rate x1.5% Poor benefits for odd hours, no perks for working afternoons/night despite being detrimental to health Team leaders pay is abhorrent for the extra duties they incur Best perk you can get is leave the union and their $400 PA fee our EBA expired a year ago and they are still going, every year one more perk is removed

The benefits package is fairly little. All you get is a staff discount card which offers 5% off all purchases and occasional deals, but apart from that there isn't much else.
