“The 401k is decent. But the Rollover Roth and additional Roth I have through troweprice is way out performing the blizzard 401k. I looked at the...”

The medical plan selection is great and so are the life/disability insurance offerings (both the standard covered by the company and the discounted buy ups). They have all kinds of small discounts with partners in the Irvine area. Lots of company hosted events and swag. Access to games (including Activision games) and credit on battle net. Lots of on site services provided (employee paid). Cafeteria has good food, but is employee paid. The few areas I would love to see improved (not that they are lacking right now--just that these would put Blizzard over the top) based on previous employer offerings: - increasing the paid leave slightly: another 5 days per level for example or even making the 10+ years service 25 days and adding another level.. say 5-9 years of service at 20 days - funding employees HSA (just like $500-$1000 even) in addition to the existing incentivized funds provided would be incredible - there is already a benefit to renting with Irvine Company (waived fees and deposits), but even offering slight monthly discounts like UCI offers ($50-$100/mo) really adds up - Blizzard already offers on site massage therapy, but offering a 15 minute chair massage for free on some kind of schedule (weekly or once every two weeks).. this was one of my favorite perks of a previous employer - discounted stock offerings! Some more unreasonable ideas: - increased 401k matching - free food (snacks and/or lunch/breakfast)

Received free copies of every game (already had them all though but can give the codes to friends). As a temp employee I am not eligible for the full insurance package: I only get one insurance plan and doesn't include dental/vision or my spouse.

Good overall provision of benefits including healthcare, 401k and PTO. PTO starts at 10 days +2 float days increasing to 15 days per year after being there for a year. You get additional sick days on top of this.

The Blizzard benefits package is really well managed. They offer so many ways to customize your benefits. From healthcare options to 401K contributions, across the board the benefits are really great.

Multiple bonuses throughout the year. Best team meetings ever....all involve food and beer!

Horrible pay for Irvine, CA. You really need to make your pay more competitive across the industry. Every year more people complain on the employee opinion survey that their salary is not "fair" and yet nothing is done

The healthcare and 401K are awesome. I love getting free codes and games. I also appreciate how my family can utilize the tools.

Healthcare plans are amazing with low deductibles and extensive coverage, 401k matching is 25% (roth and traditional) with a 1/2 year vesting period, materinity/paternity includes 8 wks paid, and other swag offered periodically throught the year tied in with product launches. Unfortanately, no stock options are presented or if they are it is done on a very limited scale.

The health insurance coverage was excellent and very inexpensive when I began working at Blizzard in 2010. By 2017 is was becoming more costly to the employees but it was still great coverage overall. They also matched 20% of our 401k contributions which was great.

It continues to cost a bit more every year, but solid offerings overall
