Not very sure about it. I guess 12 weeks Maternity and 2 weeks paternity leave
Length of leave meet or exceeds competitors
Four paid weeks for paternity leave which can be taken all at once, or as needed.
BSCI offers both maternity and paternity leave coverage, although I will not be utilizing it.
3 weeks. Above average. Not applicable to most single people.
Getting better..... full 12 weeks in US. Overseas up to a year off. Most managers will allow you to ease into coming back to work, adjust schedule, allow you to work from home.
both maternity and paternity leave given to adaptive children and birth children
It depends on your length of service. If you're at the BSC for less than 2 years maternity leave will provide: 2 weeks of 100% your salary and 4 weeks of 75% salary through SSD. You may then take up to an additional 6 weeks time off either with vacation pay or unpaid. If you've been at the company 2 weeks or longer SSD will pay for 6 weeks at 100% salary, then you may take another 6 weeks either on vacation pay or unpaid
I am not really sure what they offered but I am sure it was good.
8 wks maternity leave. Pre-natal care free of charge.
