Flexible work schedule, good vacation, health care, and tuition reimbursement!
Impossible to get full performance bonus
Great health insurance, generous vacation time off, summer and Christmas company shut down which was awesome! However, personal vacation time would have to be used to cover for some shut-down days off which is unfair since the company (not the employees) are the ones that made the choice to close during those weeks.
I love the 401K match and the work life balance benefits like a gym on site and summer hours. This really makes BSC a great place to work
Good vacation (3 weeks at first, goes up after 3 years), good health, dental and vision benefits. 401k match up to 6%.
There is always very little given in the way of individual special benefits and or packages to employees un fortunately
The insurance is not bad. It's a bit on the pricey sudden but covers just about everything. Pharma insurance is a bit of a pain, it's through CVS and they seem to be great at overriding a doctor's opinion on a drugs necessity. Vacation, you get 3 weeks which is great, but you must use 3 days for shut down over the holidays. I've worked places where you get three weeks plus shut down, but I also understand this is more than most. The work schedule is pretty flexible, meaning if you have a sick kid or something and need to work from home it's ok. They have fully paid maternity leave which is great and if you have worked there long enough you can take a sabbatical. They also allow time off to volunteer in the community.
stock ownership plan; health care is not so good. PTO is below average
Typical benefits for large profitable technology company, decent 401(k) contribution.
Great benefits and PTO package
