Multiple wellness programs and competitions throughout the year with cash incentives on completion to encourage participation. Good employee stock and bonus program. Company continues to improve its facilities and amenities on site.

Excellent benefit package. I carry the insurance for my entire family and through BSCI's benefit's package, I am able to provide very reasonable medical, dental and vision care for my family of five. I was also able to inexpensively obtain life insurance coverage for my husband, who is self-employed. The 401-K match is very generous. BSCI also offers excellent pre-tax savings accounts for medical expenses and child care reimbursement.
Fairly generous and competitive benefits package. Shared health care costs had risen year over year for the employee and plans were reduced which did not feel good but things are now stable. Long Term Incentive stock had very little structure and was fully left up to the managers to allocate based on performance.
The benefits are fairly reasonable, good 401K match in particular.
