    Bonuses are at HR's discretion rather than management, so you can be on a bonus scheme but upon moving to another role HR can and will remove it from your profile.

    Company offers legislative benefits and doesn't go above and beyond anywhere, but rather makes it quite difficult for employees to access, for example, Parental Leave ranges from 6-8 weeks and half is paid prior to going on PL and the remainder is paid once the employee returns for one month.
