Best thing is cheaper insurance for employee. Worst thing, not much pregress apart from working in the head office. Cannot go up easily.
I was disappointed when I joined because the benefits I got (Health Insurance) were not as good as I had been told. People weren't trying to mislead me it's just that as a new employee I didn't get the same percentage off as the existing employees who interviewed me. Ironically my previous employer provided 100% of my health insurance - and it wasn't a health insurance company. I do get a good discount on Optical.
Good company to work with
Different rules for different business units despite being in the same function/team - a laughable discount on insurance for aged care employees coupled with poor salary compared to other business units! Benefits offered are most discounts (eg gym memberships) which any company can secure for their employees. Nothing special here.
Discounted Health Insurance (up to 40% off), wide range of employee partner options, employee health and well-being program
Corporate restructuring added permanent uncertainty about the role.
Focus on wellbeing, bonus structure geared towards rewarding performance and effort, flexibility, great Health Insurance discounts
The best thing is health insurance discount for employees. Also, sometimes you can work from home, but this is really up to your manager.
But has a flexible working policy allowing employees to truly Attain work life balance. The well being employed program is 2nd to none
All Bupa Employees receive 30% discount at Bupa Optical Stores. Bupa Health Insurance employees receive a bonus incentive scheme and 50-70% off health insurance. Bupa Care Services employees do not receive a bonus scheme and only receive 12% discount health insurance.
