The remuneration package was good, health insurance subsidy, company shares and employee support. The company presents good opportunities within the work areas they are targeting.
Best thing is Share purchase Plan. Worst is there are no other benefits.

CGI has a great share purchase plan, where the company matches members' ( employees') contribution up to a certain percentage.
The best thing about he benefits at CGI, is that after five years service you are entitled to an additional one week per year annual leave.
Share benefit plan provided you contribute as well. Problem is that CGI never declared dividend so you are reliant on capital growth only.
