Employee referral rewards are as high as possible 10K which some times can go up to 20K per referee and will be paid immediately after the employee joins the organisation
Best: Parental leave for females. For males max of 2 weeks. Bonuses in line with market. Whilst transparent bands for bonuses, no transparency as to how determined what bonus you get within the band
Free food after 7:30pm, cab ride home, take leave whenever you want (but unpaid).
Benefits are really good. AIA vitality provides flight and shopping benefits
Graduate program - Graduate diploma paid for by the firm in full (approx. $10k), admission fees paid for by the firm, and practicing certificate fees paid for by the firm . Free premium subscription to The Age, the AFR and the SMH. Reimbursed for all external meals and taxis if working after 7pm (which is usual). Unlimited free coffee at work. Subsidized gym memberships, social events, and sporting events.
There is no such thing as a benefit package at Clayton Utz. Only rare employees receive a bonus, and that is only a very small amount if any.
The company provides decent work perks for a law firm e.g. health benefits/incentive scheme where you get rewarded for leading a healthy lifestyle, health check-ups and vaccinations, after-hours meals and discounted gym memberships.
