about industry standard, nothing spectacular
Good pay but takes long time of work to accrue decent amount.
It is great because it does not feel to be the same after a while, it keeps changing and the organisation is quite dynamic too.

They pay you in advance or in your weekly salary.
When i am in emergency
This is the standard 4 weeks paid leave for full time employees, everything else is pro-rata except casual where the leave system does not exist
Applies only to permanent staff, not casuals. There is a blockout period over Christmas - basically no holidays are allowed over most of December and January, which is hard if you have school-aged kids and want to get away over the summer hols/
If someone in your department is sick, sometimes they don't get replaced - so the extra work can be a burden to those who are working
