Worst - Low salary, bonuses are miniscule. Best - employee share plan matches your contribution up to $3000. But overall, I always felt cheated. The remuneration and benefits never matched the ridiculous effort or workload. Flexible hours and diversity was all lip service. They have an EAP, but can only accessed by requesting through your manager - that's a joke.
