Absolute bare minimum, most of the listed benefits here are required by law in Australia. If air cost the company they would attempt to take it from you too.
Whatever was required by Australian law. (i.e. 9% super at the time and that's about it).
At Concentrix, I strongly believed that the handling of the benefits package was very poor, and I didn't gain any merit from it.
There are no benefits whatsoever. In fact, to claim overtime you need to be working a minimum of 15 minutes. Once i finished 14 minutes after my shift and was not able to claim that. Even though there are 5 days of work within a week!
