They have various emploeyee benefits from private insurance rebate to corporate discount. Overall good benefits compare to others

I think it was fairly basic. I am not sure about the specific benefits packages people got at Credit Suisse.

Lack of flexibility and community spirit within the company. Also morale deteriorated due to cost cutting in the time I was there.

Best thing is health insurance for you and your family, as well as life insurance. Good flexibility in terms of holidays, but no working from home unfortunately
