A very structured organisation. Roles and responsibilities are clearly delegated. Seniors often attempt to assist you if they are available. Interesting activities participated as a Summer Vacationer.
Does not match workload and employee skillset
Salary is below market standard
Best is you can charge mileage tolls and food (if working late)
Good paid parental leave for mums and dads
No bonus, performance is subjective without clear tangible KPI. Flexible working hours. A lot of unpaid overtime.
There is no benefit package so this isn't too relevant. Does the long hours and low pay count as a benefits package? I think not
There are few benefits at all (at Director Level) beyond what you would expect such as holiday, sick pay, maternity. Interestingly they do offer significant paternity which is great news. No healthcare, no mobile phone, no car or car allowance, all you get are discounts on products and services which you can at best salary sacrifice for.
The salary package is quite competitive and very good. As you advance and get promotions it gets much better.
Company gives Work from home options and you dont need any manager approval for that. Just ensure that your deliverables are on time submitted. Deoitte closes world wide for christmas and have added well being holidays starting from Christmas Dec 22 to Jan 4th for all employee, this helps to collectively disconnect
