Some standard benefits are provided and there's a great Work Agility / Flexible Work program available to all staff. Same can be said for the parental leave policy; Efforts around wellness are improving; starting benefits like having a staff deals provider for discounts across a range of products / services, internal tax advice for individuals, etc. would be useful.
