You get 4 weeks per year, which is standard. If you have been working long project hours there is often scope to take time in lieu after the project has concluded.
20 days a year paid leave. Which is 10 days less than what companies in Europe give, but also 5 days more than what companies in the US give.
Only 20 days paid leave a year. Forced leave at Christmas time.

You can "buy" extra annual leave.
Having worked in the UK, 4 weeks paid leave is weak for big 4. It was 5 in the UK which was 1 week greater than the usual 4 weeks of other companies.
