In a time of crisis they’ve imposed on employees a policy stating unable to work from our or US then have requested employees to take unpaid leave to protect their cash balance. Poor form in looking after employees.

Employer provides good number of vacation option and flexible for employers options to select their work arrangements to meet their vacation.
Very flexible in terms of vacation allowance. Communicate to your leadership and they would approve. It all depends on your boss. But i have never had any problem with proper planning and execution.
