Study leave of a week is paid.
They are very generous of the amount of time you are allowed to take off. Several of my colleagues would frequently take extended holidays each year (4-8 weeks in Europe).
It provides the minimum number of days off. This is more than I can use in a year.
Deloitte is fairly flexible with time off including un-paid leave if required given the nature of client-based work (i.e. they can put someone else on a project) as long as you give reasonable notice.
