There are some staff discounts for certain items, such as medical insurance.... Bonus scheme has gone down hill unless you are in the business areas and not in IT. Harder to get promotions working in IT, better working on the business side.

Best work life balance very good, but depends on the role and function. Long service leave is plus as employee retention rate high. Maternity / Parental leave - 16 weeks paid leave. Baby Bonus for 1st years.
