    Free Insurance that covers everything including Dental and VSP $500 HRA (Free Money) + FSA options RSU and Bonus (end of year) Well stocked kitchen with snacks and beverages. There are also lot of catered lunches and happy hours. Extremely good for parents to be/ new parents: 6 months paid time off for primary caregiver and 8 weeks paid time off for secondary caregiver. PTO is good and you get a day off for your birthday! You get mobile reimbursement every month. There is free access to the building gym. Free DocuSign account for all employees, and discounted rates for friends and family. VTO hours and donation matches CONS: The commuter benefits can be improved
