100% Heath benefits, No 401k match or No HSA
Vacation and Health/Dental Is good No 401K match
Health benefits are excellent. Best thing is 6 month paid maternity leave.
The overall benefits are great.
Great insurance coverage, ancillary benefits, PTO, 401k through vanguard. Biggest complaint is lack of 401k matching, but this will soon be resolved.
Medical/Dental is pretty good for company size. Vision insurance is quite good.
Great Team to work with!
The company is still a late-stage start-up, so it lacks benefits such as a 401(k) match, ESPP, etc. I expect benefits to improve if/when the company goes public.
I believe DocuSign has a decent and well-rounded benefits package.
