The best thing is that facebook treats its workers extravagantly. There is so much free food and drinks, fun activities to do, and more traditional perks, that just make you feel like facebook cares about you.
Lots of money, free food, stocked microkitchens. Very comfy but you're expected to work really hard. If you're a rockstar intern, they'll give you 220K+ in stock over 4 years.

As an intern at Facebook, you receive health insurance (minus dental), free travel on the Caltrain system, housing which includes a cleaning service, and free regularly scheduled trips to nearby attractions. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included as well. Thankfully, so is access to the gyms and you're given a $250 in wellness money for additional self-care (minor restrictions apply).
