All benefit packages are great especially medical and parental leaves for both parents. There are no worst benefits at the company.

Great perks: from 3 meals a day to health / dental / vision insurance, 401K match (up to a point or % of your base salary) to PTO and maternity / paternity leave.

Free meals are a great perk, they're a great motivation to work hard. The wellness benefits are also a great perk. In terms of benefit packages they offer one of the best that I've experienced

As much as this company makes, they should offer highly extensive benefits package. Also, a relocation allowance should be considered in the next few years. People don't live in the areas they're applying for anymore.

Facebook makes a matching contribution equal to 50% of the first 7% of eligible pay you contribute on pre-tax or Roth basis
